Step 1:
Phone consultation followed by an in home-to-scale measure of the space
Step 2:
I will present 3D CAD renderings of the proposed design, talk to you about finished, budgetary numbers for product as well as labor prices and present (and hopefully move forward with) the design retainer
Step 3:
Once the design retainer is obtained, it's time to jump right into the design process. Once we have nailed down a design layout, we will head to the showroom in Concord to make design selections. This includes everything from flooring, to cabinets, countertops, backsplash tile, hardware, plumbing fixtures and paint colors. PJI is truly a one stop shop!
Step 4:
Pricing out our selections in contract form, you will have a line itemed list of pricing for cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring and fixtures so it is clear where you are spending your money! At this time I will also do a walk through with the contractor on site so we can get a firm price from him.
Step 5:
Often times this will be in conjunction with Step 4, if all looks good in the contract we sign and move forward. A 50% deposit is due to order at the time of contract signing. If Step 4 needs to be reworked, we will repeat until we get to where you need to be budget wise.
Step 6:
Final measure. I always have a second set of eyes with me when final measuring to make sure our accuracy is covered.
Step 7:
Ordering product, delivering ETAs to the customer and nailing down a start date!
